I had a disappointing stay overall. The rooms were small and noisy, and the bathroom situation was inconvenient with frequent flooding. While the staff was friendly, the amenities and dining experience were lacking. The location is decent, being close to the subway, but it doesn't justify the shortcomings of the hotel.
